Hi everyone, I missed you! I've been away from DA for several months now due to a whole lot of time-consuming stuff going down. Most of it has to do with the fact that I am now Mrs. Rose-Thompson! Bruce and I went back to Nova Scotia to get married on May 22nd, the 11 year anniversary of our first date! Lol the general opinion was "It's about time!" In the months leading up to the wedding, I was pretty preoccupied with planning everything from across the country, then flew home a month in advance to put everything together. Thank goodness for Moms and Moms-in-Law! I would have been a basket case without them getting things in order for when I got there! (Love you Mom and Lesa!!! )

I've also been busy doing commission work for a great new author, Travis Simmons, for his upcoming website layout and the cover of his very first book! You can find information about his work here: [link]

So it's been an exciting time these past few months! I've been working on some wonderful commissions (including a book cover, which I've always wanted to do!), and best of all I have the greatest husband in the world!

I'm happy to be back and can't wait to get painting! Oh, and though I really can't respond to all the wonderful comments and favs I've gotten while I was away, I have read them and I truly appreciate them! Thank you all so much!
